Posing

Pose a skeleton by moving the joints. We suggest you use orthogonal views (left, front, top) for best control.

Nailed joints can help when posing. A nailed joint is locked into position: IK from bones will not affect it. Nailed joints are red. You can nail or un-nail a joint by selecting it and using the Nailed button in the Joint panel. Nails are also indicated in the skeleton (right-side) list panel.

Until you are comfortable with your skeleton, make only small movements with the joints. Remember, the Undo (and Redo) buttons may be used to correct mistakes.
